He is an excellent salesman and explained all the key features of the vehicle. When we got to Finance, Franklin Millan also took great care of us and gave us a deal on financing and added maintenance. Through it all he was professional and courteous. He did a great job! The "closer" who is also a manager (John Weicherding) was disrespectful and condescending and tried to force me into a car I wasn't there to buy. Thank you for your time Monzer you get 5 STARS. Finance guy took numerous calls and allowed other employees to interrupt our session looking for random papers. Come on! More

This gentleman had the patience to negotiate not one but two car deals for me. As well as the understanding to know when I wasn't comfortable making a purchase that wasn't practical. He said he would be ready when I was ready. And when I was ready, I returned. And I wanted to return to see Sammy. The day ended perfectly with my new-to-me 2014 4Runner. I purchased my first car from TOTB 10 years ago and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The worst part is only having to go thru this process once a decade. I enjoy TOTB for the salesmen, servicemen, and... salesmen. The servicemen guys are nice but they're in the back of the shop for a reason.
