I've been to many dealerships where the last thing I felt was welcomed. However Toyota of Tampa Bay blow me away with the professional courtesy they showed to me. The collision staff is completely disrespectful if you question them on the vehicle being repaired. Took vehicle back 7 times for the same repair and nothing was replaced. Chips on paint and fenders rubbi question them on the vehicle being repaired. Took vehicle back 7 times for the same repair and nothing was replaced. Chips on paint and fenders rubbing. WORSE part is the vehicle was repaired and put back together with missing bolts and screws. MISSING bolts and screws. What is this a background mechanic shop? Well they act like it. No problem cashing your check then holding your vehicle for 3 weeks. This is LARRY Morgan Auto Groups baby. Now I completely understand why this company makes $440,000,000 a year. Cash the insurance checks and deductible money quick and do half rate work with insulting service. Do yourself a favor and NOT shop at TOYOTA of TAMPA BAY or the Collision Center!!! Can't say enough about this dealership, not only matched and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for a Prius 3 was better then the price for a Prius and beat all the other dealers including the buying service my wife and I belong to but the price for a Prius 3 was better then the price for a Prius 2 that the other dealers were quoting. The entire sale took about ONE HOUR PERIOD....and we only went in for a test drive. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE that you find at the other dealers. I went to Tampa, St.Pete,Orlando, Pinenelas Park,Brandon and Port Richey. Bob Novack, Rocky and (Jose in finance ) were so knowledgeable and easy going......couldn't believe we were buying a car....felt like visiting a friend for coffee and cake. This is now our ONLY TOYOTA DEALER .....We were very impressed with EVERYTHING AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. Dan Lines handled the entire negotiation online as I live 75 miles away. Once I came and checked out the vehicle,the sale was flawles thanks to Dan. from my initial phone call to Xavier to driving off the lot, the experience was well above what i expected. Xavier made me feel very comfortable. he made the whole ordeal seem quite effortless. he first lot, the experience was well above what i expected. Xavier never applied pressure, answered every one of my questions and saw to it that there were no hidden surprises. after serving me a very tasty sandwich for lunch, he escorted me the the waiting room. the waiting room was very comfortable with reclining chairs and a movie showing on a big screen TV. had i chosen, i could have accepted his offer for a massage. this made the wait for all the paperwork to be prepared go by very quickly. this is the 2nd time i have bought a car from toyota of tampa bay, and it wont be the last. i would like to thank Xavier and everyone else who made this experience so enjoyable. I visited Toyota of Tampa Bay looking for a brand new vehicle. After letting Mr. Santa Cruz know exactly how much we were willing to pay, wanting to play no games, he got upset with me and told me that t vehicle. We left Toyota of Tampa Bay extremely dissapointed, but we were very blessed to find our dream car for the exact price we wanted at Toyota of Wesley Chapel. We live in Tampa, and Wesley Chapel is quite a ride for us, but it was soooo worth it!!! We love P.J. (our sales man). I don't recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay to anybody. More
Toyota of Tampa Bays collision center and service dept are above the rest. They fixed my PT Cruiser after I so kindly rearended a fellow driver. there were some issues with my motor mounts and AC that too are above the rest. I would definetely refer a friend and return if I need my car repaired again. I hope to be able to afford to purchase new from them one day. Do not buy here!!! Service department sucks. Do not deal with Jason, Cliff, and Dave. They are rude and treated my wife with no respect. They sold me a lemon and did not care. They are worthless.
