A W E S O M E !!!!!! I was NOT looking to purchase a vehicle that day. I saw they had a 2017 CRV-EX with extremely low mileage and was skeptic about it, as it sounded too I was NOT looking to purchase a vehicle that day. I saw they had a 2017 CRV-EX with extremely low mileage and was skeptic about it, as it sounded too good to be true. Upon pulling up, I saw a few salespeople (The Auto Sharks) and got out my car and entered the entrance (The Shark Cage). I was greeted by a mild mannered, pleasant saleswoman {Queen Shark) and she asked me how could she help me today. Her attitude was so laid back, it made me bring my guards down, & boy were they up. After showing her what I came in for, she immediately went into "attack mode". The car just came in and was not even ready for display, but Ms. Cathy White was able to track it down, get the keys and we took it for a spin. Throughout the test drive she was professional, personable and did NOT even ask, "so what do you think". There was not one ounce of pressure. I really liked that about her. Upon getting she simply asked, what would I like to do next. I felt in control at all times and that's a feeling you rarely have at car dealerships. While sitting there going through the usual "song & dance" Ms. Cathy was extremely patient & accommodating. .The finance guy, Ricardo, was also pleasant to work with and made everything happen the way I wanted. This is my 5th car purchased at a dealership and its' been the best experience to date. More

Connor in finance was also very accommodating when it came time to sign the papers. He got me in and out and to my next appointment on time.
