He found the vehicle I asked for with the options I wanted very quickly. I didn’t feel hassled like I have with other dealership experiences. Connor in finance was also very accommodating when it came time to sign the papers. He got me in and out and to my next appointment on time. Great Experience I just recently moved to Tampa from out-of-state. I was in the market for buying a car and rode past this dealership. would give negative stars if I could If I could put negative stars I would. First went for an oil change and they did not rotate the tires like they said they did. They also said the tires looked great and come to find out they wrote up their were issues with the tires, but didn't say or provide that information to us. Then we went on a road trip and on our way home had a blow-out and had to have 2 tires replaced and found there were major issues with the knuckle holding the wheel to the frame. When we contacted them they said bring it in and they would work with us. Well, they didn't work with us at all. Waste of my time and gas and were and tear on the car. They said it would be over 1300 to fix it, and I said I could get it done for a 1000 somewhere else so I picked up my car and took it to someone trustworthy who I know will do a good job. More
