Just a warm family wonderful guy. The entire dealership employees kept coming by asking could they do anything for us as we waited. Just amazingly kind. Its like I can't wait to return.... The manager kept asking if we needed anything just so nice to us. Out Finance Manager was Yousef Abdullah. My goodness what a nice man too. It was amazing his kindness too. It was like we walked into a family of kindness, warmth generosity today. We got there around 10:30 and left like 3:00 learning our new car and signing all the paper work and it was never a feeling like that long. Thanks so much Tampa Bay Toyota for making us feel like someone very important. My husband 2013 Toyota Tacoma came from here too. Can't say thanks enough for everything and especially your kindness we can't believe the love we felt. I can't remember everyones name but wish I could to say thanks.
