Impressive, Thank you Mo! Thank you Scott Walls! I went in for my routine oil change and was approached by Martin Koehler, Executive Sales Manager about my well-being, my service to be performed, how I went in for my routine oil change and was approached by Martin Koehler, Executive Sales Manager about my well-being, my service to be performed, how long it would take, how I liked my vehicle, how its performance was, etc...While I waited, I decided to window shopping the 4Runners with no real intention but to look, as I used to have one. One that I couldn't forget. Upon returning to wait for my service to be complete, I asked Martin some questions. He had a 2011 4Runner on the lot and quickly introduced me to Mo, the 4Runner expert and YES he was! He was professional, knowledgable and extremely respectful! A test drive and quick talk about numbers landed me in "the seat". "The seat" landed me to see Scott Walls, Director of Financing. He was straight forward with me throughout, and I with him. In the end, I drove home my new, used 2011 Blizzard Pearl White 4Runner, nearly identical to my former. It was best vehicle I have ever had and I have always wanted the same thing, never thinking I could again. Well, I did. Without the team that worked with me, I would not have driven it home. Scott made it happen! And Mo, would not leave, to go seek another sale until my time was complete with Scott. I will have this Ride for a very long time. I am a 4Runner girl and so is my daughter, as we can just sit in it and giggle. This vehicle for us, is very personal. I cannot Thank you Martin, Mo and ultimately Scott for truly taking care of me and my daughter!! Toyota has taken care of me since 2011 and I have no plans to go anywhere else but Toyota of Tampa Bay. All my Best! Highly Recommend for Sales and Service! We were very impressed by the place, they had a lot to offer and everyone was genuinely nice and very helpful. After my husband bought his 2016 Camaro at a great price and we got more for his trade in then what other people offered, I decided to buy a new car. I purchased a 2017 Corolla and couldn't be happier! I never thought I would be able to get into a new ca, but it was very easy. I got a lot more then I expected on my trade as well. We talked with Allyssa our salesgirl who was fabulous as well as Miguel and Justin and Chris in financing. We will be recommending people to go over there. We will only be going there for future car purchases as well. It was well worth the drive, you really made our experience! We went to several other dealerships in our area from St. Pete to Tarpon before finding this one. None of them came even close to the customer service or amenities that Toyota of Tampa provided us. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! I can't express enough how happy we are that we came in there. Excellent ... great place to do business. Owning a new car is nice, but buying a new car can be an ordeal for the average consumer. It's not something that I particular look forward to. However, I had a very positive experience in buying a new Prius to replace my 8 year old Prius. John Weicherding, Internet Sales Manager was very helpful. He gave me essentially all the information I needed over the phone to help me make an intelligent buying decision. He searched and located the model and color that I wanted. This was before I even came into the dealership. Jon Etter was knowledgeable and demonstrated all the car's features during the test drive. He was very professional, and able to answer all of our questions. My wife and I were very satisfied with the purchase of our new 2017 Prius Four. Joe Brandon More

the ol bait and switch we talked to a sales rep for over 2 hours on a 4 runner and told him we had a deal on one that was newer and less miles< but toyota of tampa can beat we talked to a sales rep for over 2 hours on a 4 runner and told him we had a deal on one that was newer and less miles< but toyota of tampa can beat it by a few thousand dollars . After a 2 plus hour drive we made it to the dealer to purchase the car and of course the sales man who we talked to all of a sudden had a emergency and they stuck us with another one. here is where it gets juicy we had the print out of the 4 runner and when we started to talk price he had another print out 5800 different than the one we printed (same car), so i asked him what the xxxx is going on and he said that this is the price of the car i stood up and kindly leaned over and told him we r done and there company was a joke and they specialize in a bait and switch type of dealer, we left and went to ferkins volvo on us 19 they had the car ready and was in n out in half hour, TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY IN MY OPINION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ON THERE SALE SCAMS ALONE.they are not a good dealer and its my opinion More
