The BEST experience EVER. I would like to THANK Cesar and Justin P, for helping my daughter and myself with her 2015 Toyota purchase. This was her first dealership purchase and I would like to THANK Cesar and Justin P, for helping my daughter and myself with her 2015 Toyota purchase. This was her first dealership purchase and Cesar made her experience the BEST. I would recommend the dealership to others. Cesar went above and beyond. After deciding on a vehicle very close to closing of the dealership, he continued to show patience, and loyalty. He could have easily requested us to come back the next day to finalize the transaction, but he stayed with us until the end. It's employees like Cesar and Justin that makes customers come back for future purchases and bring others. I have been in the customer service industry for many years and his evince of great customer service is outstanding. Great Job Cesar and Justin P. As for the salesmen standing outside talking in a group. You never know who is going to purchase, so I would recommend approaching a person even if you think they may not be ready to buy. Overall, great dealership and people, Especially THE BEATLE lover finance guy. More

I am a working single father of two, my car was on death's door, my options were limited due to my credit history, and my budget is pretty modest. After WEEKS of going to shady buy-here pay-here dealerships and being offered extremely high payments for older higher mileage cars I was become more and more disappointed, not to mention all of the damage they were causing to my credit from inquiries... Yesterday (4/27/2017), out of curiosity I stopped by my local Toyota dealership after work. There I met Sammy, who I believe is in the wrong field because he should be a therapist, he made all of my fear and anxiety go away after weeks of stress and worry... I hate the entire process of buying cars, but Sammy made the everything straight forward, no haggling necessary, and anytime we ran into a snag he calmly navigated us around it. The whole experience even with the gentleman in finance (Robert?) was so easy and pleasant, it was so unbelievable I had tears in my eyes. I am more than satisfied with the car that I was sold and will go out of my way to recommend the dealership to my friends and family or whoever is looking to buy a car. I am so upset that I wasted so much time, money and energy going around and even out of town when I this place was right in my own backyard... Also my kids LOVE the car and have already started mashing food into the seats... Thank you so much guys, especially to Sammy. More
Worst experience of my life I just left Toyota of Tampa very upset and unsatisfied. I was working with Sales Manager Miguel Alvarez. We had been speaking for a total of 2 weeks. I just left Toyota of Tampa very upset and unsatisfied. I was working with Sales Manager Miguel Alvarez. We had been speaking for a total of 2 weeks. We agreed upon terms verbally. Then I came in to sign initial paperwork, check credit, and appraise my trade in. At that point the terms were still the same as previously discussed. The car that I wanted needed to be shipped in, so I had to come back to pick the car up on arrival. Once the car arrived and I began to sign final paperwork, the payment was almost twice what we had agreed upon. Miguel claimed that he was unaware of all terms of the negotiation. However, he and I had discussed the details several times over the prior 2 weeks. There could have been no way that he was unaware. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had attempting to purchase a car. It is unfortunate for car sales people that there are people like Miguel that give the rest bad reputations. More

Prius is Practically Perfect Dino Ricci was a very helpful sales person. I've been very please with my Prius -- all except for the fact that it doesn't have a spare tire! I think that is a terrible omission, even if the manufacturer is trying to save on gas mileage. Of course that has nothing to do with the dealer or Dino.
