Rob bent-over-backwards for me and did everything to assure that I had the deal I wanted and left satisfied. If a problem arose or a concern was brought up, he went above and beyond to facilitate and manage the deal to address the issue and assure that I felt satisfied. The service department was backed up with other vehicles and it would have taken a bit of time to get some outside detailing done, so he picked up a spray bottle and did it for me himself! I felt very attended to and would recommend working with this dealership and salesperson again in the future if I'm considering trading-in for an upgrade or need to purchase another vehicle. More

Worst Exeprience EVER. My experience with them wasn't good at all and I will never go back there again. They charge very high dealer fee ($1000 which is more than Lexus and My experience with them wasn't good at all and I will never go back there again. They charge very high dealer fee ($1000 which is more than Lexus and Mercedes dealers) and if you asked your sales rep for a bottle of water, he will tell you that you need to pay 25 cent in the water machine to get one (yes, no even a complementary water) . Also when I got my car, the gas tank was almost empty ( its my 1st time to buy a car from a big dealer without having the gas tank full) and the car wasnt that clean. So really not sure why they charge a high dealership fee. Also I had to deal with a sales manager (John) there after I bought my car because the new used car that I got hurt my back (I did a major operation in my back and I never expected the new car to hurt me) and I went back after 2 days to see if there is a way I can get back my old car and I was welling to pay any fees they paid and the sales commissions. The sales manager lied and told me that they sold my car (after only 2 days!!! and I saw it on the lot and on the website for sale), He basically told me to pay the 1st payment and come back next month to sell me another car. Yes, he is using my medical excuse to get me in another deal and to make more money!!. I went straight to another deal and he told me that I don't need to do any payment and they can take my car now!!!!!! They also forced me to take a loan (yes they didnt accept me to pay cash for my car) with a high interest (since the car is over 100k miles) and really no dealer did that with me before. The finance manager (his name was scott) told me that I can pay off the loan from day 1 without any extra fees, again another lie, there is $350 extra charges I paid over the price that I was going to pay if I paid cash. I tried to call Scott 3 or 4 times and left him VMs and he never called back. I learned my lesson because from day 1 I didn't like them, they weren't friendly at all but I went back because they had the used car that I was looking for. definitely if it was for a brand new Toyota, I was going to either Courtesy Toyota or Stadium Toyota, people there are way friendly. --Update-- Michelle from the customer service wrote down that Anthony tried to call me, another lie, no one tried to call me. They just wrote that to make you feel that they tried to fix the problem which never happened. More

Alan really care for his customers and is extremely knowledgeable about Toyota's products. Would not buy a car from anyone else other than Alan, after the expierence he provided.
