Three hours later we were signing paperwork to a beautiful limited edition used car that was well within our budget. Mark worked with us through the whole deal and his honesty, upfront process, and thoroughness through the whole process (he stayed with us till the last I was dotted and t crossed!) is the ONLY reason we got a car. And if we can help it he'll be the only person we ever go through this car-buying process with ever again!!! I mean that sincerely. After many poor experiences, we found this experience to be almost delightful and would actually look forward to buying our next car again - as long as it's with 'Mark Caivano!!! More

The Executive Director Mr. Franco and his team is awesome and excellent in all they do. They made my dream a reality and I now drive a 2017 Camry. Mr. Meke my sales coordinator was outstanding and assured me I would drive out with a Camry, and with Executive Director and the Financial department along with Mr. Paul they made it happen. The help has lasted Sammy has been incredibly helpful. Initially, I drove into the lot not knowing what I wanted. After test driving an SUV that I was interested in, I wa Sammy has been incredibly helpful. Initially, I drove into the lot not knowing what I wanted. After test driving an SUV that I was interested in, I wanted to discuss price to see if it would even be worth pursuing further. However, Sammys boss would not work with me on a price at that moment because he said it would be pointless since I still didn't know what I wanted. I still don't quite get his bosses point by denying my request. Perhaps I would've found the price compelling enough to seal the deal at that moment? In my opinion, it was not pointless, and if it was pointless, I would've never asked to discuss the figures at that moment. In fact, it irked me a bit. Although I found this to be a rather elementary tactic from his superior, Sammy assured me that his boss would still work with me on price after I figure out what I wanted. Therefore, I left the dealership to go test drive some other cars which I was unimpressed with. Once I figured I liked the SUV I test drove here better, I then texted Sammy to discuss the numbers. After some back and forth we came to an agreement on what I considered to be a fair price. A note on price..the price of the vehicle was well over $3k compared to other identical vehicles. However, that's more of a dealership attribute if they price high and not a reflection on Sammy. Therefore, I would certainly do your homework on price before coming in as there could possibly be a large discrepancy compared to the general market. Additionally, I will state that the dealer fee was approximately $1,000 which I believe to be rather high. Looking at previous dealership contracts that I have retained, I paid closer to $500. These were for BMW, VW, and Audi brand dealerships of cars I owned in the past. Although customer sales experience is an important part of the value chain in owning any vehicle, I put more credence on customer service after the transaction has closed. Why? Because now the deal has been closed and no one is trying to woo me for their own gain or commission anymore. The cards have already been dealt and my business was won for this transaction. The real test lay in whether I will continue to experience good collaboration with this dealership, and reliability of the Toyota brand, and if it will win my business again in the future. How accommodating will the staff be after I have bought the vehicle? Certainly, this is all part of the value proposition. The continued service experience is what will define whether I do business here again in the future. Thus far, I like what I am seeing with Sammy. Sammy has followed up with me after the fact, and more importantly, has accommodated my requests on the vehicle. I was missing a floor mat, therefore, he got me a new set. Also, he helped me get some additional items I left behind from my trade in. These little things count and are very much part of the experience. He even helped me move stuff out my trade in and into my new car. He has a friendly personality and good soft skills. Definitely a joy to work with and more accommodating than other sales personnel that I've worked with at other dealerships. Keep up the strong customer service before and after the sale. Cheers! More

Despite always having a bad experience from either service or sales I tried again and gave the benefit of the doubt so I spoke to Ricardo about getting a new RAV4 for my growing family. Over the phone I was assured I would have no problem getting into the specific vehicle I was looking for with the features I wanted so I went to the dealership and that's where everything went wrong. The exact vehicle I was assured multiple times over the phone I could get no problem was now out of reach. Every time I asked him a question he responded "I don't know". Barely spoke at all dragged out the process and didn't even offer to have me test drive a vehicle. I had to ask for a test drive and it literally was from the back parking lot to the front. He didn't even bother explaining features to me. I purchased the vehicle because Paul Shuvra actually gave good service. He worked very well with me and helped out in a big way. Being a salesman myself I know the importance of surveys and how strictly enforced they are but you have to EARN a good survey it's not just given!!! It's been 2 weeks now that I've had my vehicle and to this day I have not received my all season floor mats I was told I would get as well as my window tint. I was told I would get a call and not once have I gotten a call to have that done. Oh and I thought I would add this. I received a call from the dealership the other day by someone saying their name is "Franco" acting like they wanted to purchase a vehicle from me at my dealership and asking if I get surveys for my service and then hung up the phone. This happened to be the same day I finished my survey about my experience. Extremely shady stuff very unprofessional. I do not plan on ever returning here after my stuff is done nor do I plan on ever referring people to purchase a vehicle here. More
