A GREAT Experience at Toyota of Tampa Bay I made a call to Toyota of Tampa and spoke to a salesman, Mario Fernandez, to ask about the new Toyota C-HR. I let the salesman know that I was not in I made a call to Toyota of Tampa and spoke to a salesman, Mario Fernandez, to ask about the new Toyota C-HR. I let the salesman know that I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle since I bought a new Rav4 about a year ago and just had questions about the new model. Mr. Fernandez was polite, friendly and gave me all the information I requested. I called later in the day and asked if they had any C-HRs on the lot and if they did I'd like to come look at it. They did and he said to come on out. What impressed me the most was that Mr. Fernandez spent quite a bit of time with me and never made me feel like I was rushed in any way. He knew I wasn't going to be buying a vehicle and still went above and beyond to provide information and was genuinely interested in answering my questions. I didn't realize the size of the inventory of new cars at that dealership and in addition to what I learned about the new C-HR model, I learned a lot about that dealership that was very helpful to me including all that their maintenance department has to offer. I am a faithful Toyota customer and while I've not bought or serviced any of my Toyotas from Toyota of Tampa Bay, the next time I buy, if Mario Fernandez is at that dealership, that's where I'll be buying my next car. In addition, from now on, I'll be going there for maintenance on my new vehicle! More
