Noe is an amazing salesmen; It was truly a pleasure to work with him. He made my entire experience so comfortable it felt like working with a friend. But before I worked with Noe Ali Shouman was the only reason I didn’t completely rule out the dealership. He helped me understand my situation with my negative equity and worked with me so I didn’t leave empty handed and disappointed. Kyle Blank was able to get me the payments I was looking for after other sales members whom I won’t mention told me that there was no possible way they could do better. Finally Sammy was able to work with me some more and get the numbers back to were they were supposed to be after a slight hiccup from Sales to Finance. All together a stressful but wonderful experience! More

Lost of trust I called on a Volkswagen Beetle convertible to see if it was available. Raul was very pleasant on the phone. I informed him we were coming from 2 ho I called on a Volkswagen Beetle convertible to see if it was available. Raul was very pleasant on the phone. I informed him we were coming from 2 hours away. He checked the car and informed me it was still available and that he checked the car and everything was working. The had the car ready for me to view when I arrived. I would of bought the car except the convertible top was not working. They refused to budge on the asking price and could not tell me what it would cost to fix it. I told them that the pictures on the website showed the top down so they had to know it wasn’t working. He informed me that they could sell it at a auction and get the asking price. The whole purpose of purchasing a convertible it to be able to put the top down. Yet they wanted me to buy it at the asking price without it working. I lost trust with them immediately. More
