The salesperson, John Weicherding, greeted me immediately with a smile and a lending hand. He showed me to the 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum Hybrid that I had seen and we proceeded to take a test drive. I fell in love with it immediately and asked him to work the numbers on my trade and financing. Once we agreed upon a very reasonable offer, I asked him to get the paperwork started. John brought me to meet with the finance team to finalize the deal. Jordan was knowledgeable and efficient. At the end of the day, John Weicherding was a true professional with a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to the product that he is selling. So that is a huge compliment to his style of doing business. It took a number of days for us to make this big decision (almost a week ) and Ali would politely follow up with me to see if there was more he could help with? Buying a car is a stressful decision but I do believe that Ali helped a great deal to make it LESS stressed! He told me when I was ready to purchase a new car to give him a call. Two years later I remember who he was and I was ready to buy a new truck. I came in today March 19th to look for a new truck and I ended up purchasing a 2018 RAV4 LE. Alan's great customer service and guidance help me make that choice . Thank you to God.
