My family transferred our vehicle maintenance from a different Toyota dealership because of the excellent customer care that Steve Canalejo (service manager) and his service department provides. We trust Steve’s advice. Because of this trust when we decided to purchase a new Toyota, we did not hesitate to go to this dealership. Also, through the years of high standard workmanship in service, we have met two stand-out sales consultants: Alan Brodsky and Mark Caivano. As a result: We are extremely happy with the purchase of our new 2018 Toyota Sienna Limited and the outstanding deal. We needed a vehicle which allows us to store a wheelchair, a comfortable ride for my wife, and the latest safety features. We knew the two sales consultants who we could trust and were knowledgeable about our requirements-Alan and Mark. We contacted them told them the time we be at the dealership. They met us with bottle water, had two Siennas that met the needs to view and test drive. Explained and demonstrated the features, how easy to get in/out of; and showed how easy it is to put the wheelchair into the back storage area. VERY IMPRESSIVE! After we decided to purchase, first class treatment by the sales associates. While we completed the paperwork; Mark made sure the car was detailed and prepared. He help to transfer our personal items into the new Sienna. It was a late night, considering the dealership already closed before we left at 1045pm. Before we drive off, Mark had programmed our iPhones, home address and set radio stations for us-OUTSTANDING! Took a picture of us my wife in the car; he texted it to our service manager (Steve), Alan, and us. The above outstanding service continued the day after with a call and congratulatory emails and texts from them. They follow-up on Due-out service with the service department, ensured we received first class treatment. That is why, because of Steve Canalejo, service manager and the service department; Alan Brodsky and Mark Caivano, we have all the confidence in Toyota of Tampa Bay. More

Toyota Of Tampa Bay is By the people and for the People I went into Toyota of Tampa Bay with one goal in mind, buying a new car. I went in kinda anxious because I had never bought a car before. My first car was a gift from my parents and I have been driving that ever since. I went in with the vehicle to trade and was OUTSTANDINGLY helped by Gabriel Forehand, who in my honest opinion is the hardest working man there. I wasn't pressured into anything, I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was and he took everything into consideration when selecting a vehicle for me to test drive. A few hours and a down payment later and I'm driving away on my NEW 2018 Toyota Camry LE. Gabriel, the great worker he is, made sure I had everything I needed all set up and ready to go. From my Entune 3.0 system to my bluetooth connectivity. I will definitely be sending some of my friends, family and even total strangers to Toyota Of Tampa Bay and telling them "Go see Gabriel, not only is he gonna get you a GREAT deal on a car but he isn't going to rest until you are 150% Happy. Pre owned 4 Runner I bought a used 4 runner from this dealership. PROS: Tom Wakin was the salesman, he was amazing to deal with. He came in on his day off (sunday) to I bought a used 4 runner from this dealership. PROS: Tom Wakin was the salesman, he was amazing to deal with. He came in on his day off (sunday) to sell us this car. (We met on saturday). CONS: we spent over 30K and the vehicle had a quarter tank of gas!! FILL UP THE TANK!! DETAIL YOUR USED CARS. This car was dirttty inside. Dog hair, caked on dirt in the cup holders. LASTLY, THE HORRIBLE FINANACE GUY (Jeff), was our best friend at the beginning of our converstion and got mad when we didnt get his “protection plans”. This F&I guys needs to go back to customer service school at wally world. He didnt understand why we wouldnt want to pay an extra 120 per month for tire protection & paint protection. “We have alot of acid rain in florida”. Whatta joke! OVERALL, TOM WAS GREAT.. i would buy another car from him... Jeff totally ruined our great car buying experience. More

Deceiving and Unprofessional Business Tactics Car buying is normally a nightmare and Toyota of Tampa Bay makes the nightmare your reality. On April 24, 2018 Omar Delgado and Donovan Norton gave m Car buying is normally a nightmare and Toyota of Tampa Bay makes the nightmare your reality. On April 24, 2018 Omar Delgado and Donovan Norton gave me a deal that was ‘too good to be true.’ The car was not in inventory, so I returned on April 28, 2018 to give a $500.00 deposit for them to locate/order the car. Donovan promised a 2-day delivery since he knew I had to return my rental vehicle by Monday the 30th. I was already pre-approved; therefore, financing was NOT an issue. I did not hear anything back by Tuesday afternoon, which started to rattle me. I called several times trying to get an update but was transferred to voicemails. Omar finally returned my call and promised a call back within a couple of hours because he needed to check with Donovan. Of course, he never called back. On Wednesday, Donovan promised a called back after he spoke with ‘his guys,’ the person who finds the vehicles for him, but that never happened either. On Thursday, I had to call from a different phone numbers because by that time my calls were being filtered/sent to voicemails. Late Thursday afternoon, Omar called to say finding the vehicle I was interested in was going to take three (3) to six (6) months. Extremely disappointed by the entire experience, I requested Omar to send me a copy of the voided check via email or text message. As of today, Monday, May 07, 2018 neither Omar or Donovan have provided the copy of the voided check. This is not the first vehicle I purchase, but this is certainly the worse experience I’ve had with a Toyota dealership. There is no reason to cowardly deceive your customers with ‘good deals’ when you can’t deliver. It is unfortunate sales representatives and general managers like Omar and Donovan have such little business etiquette. It is obvious that personal ethics is not a required trait during the hiring process at Toyota of Tampa Bay. More
