Friendly but Poor quality Although the service worker was pleasant and courteous, my experience was not that great. I brought my car in to have my air conditioner fixed. My car Although the service worker was pleasant and courteous, my experience was not that great. I brought my car in to have my air conditioner fixed. My car was held up for a week, due to miscommunication by the service worker, then a part had to be ordered last minute. Also, due to the holiday falling in the middle of the week delayed progress too. When I got my car back, it was dirty! My leather interior was filthy, there were small cracks in my dash. Another thing that really made me upset, is my battery was taken out of my car and replaced without my consent with a "toyota battery", and it died the next day. I know the battery wasn't the one I brought in, because my car did not have a Toyota battery. My car is 10 years old! My AC works- but I will never allow Toyota to do major work on my car again. Oil changes only.... Like I said friendly and courteous customer service... but poor quality work. More

No longer a fan.... done I purchased my 47k vehicle from this dealership brand new back in 2012.... Matt my salesman was top notch... not what I expected in a car salesman.. I purchased my 47k vehicle from this dealership brand new back in 2012.... Matt my salesman was top notch... not what I expected in a car salesman... he was so honest.. and to this day would buy another car from him. What happened !!?! What has happened to this dealership shop..?!?! I am not going to tell u all the instances in this text but this experience today just coming in for a “routine” oil change has made me realize either there is a different General Manager or someone has sold there sole to the devil...NOT but a shell of of the dealership and their integrity I felt is here at the present. It is gone and I am sad to say I have come to the realization .... not like it used to be... and I am gone. More
