Too often I hear horror stories from friends who have shopped at other dealerships. We have purchased three Toyotas from Toyota of Tampa Bay. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You would never have any remorse or headache here. The minute we met Jose Ortiz I knew we were in the best place in Tampa. He was smiling, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He genuinely loves his work and generously gives time and energy to his customers. We had bought a 2012 Highlander from Matt Mackowiak four years ago and had such a good experience we were pleased to see that he was promoted. I knew that no other new car than a 2016 Highlander would make me happy, and I love our new car. I highly recommend this dealership and full praise goes to Jose Ortiz...he has a wonderful future in car sales. More
