I've visited Toyota of Orlando, Wesley Chapel Toyota, and I just want to say forget about the rest and go with Thomas Bolger at Toyota of Tampa Bay! I've visited Toyota of Orlando, Wesley Chapel Toyota, and many other Toyota dealerships that I have long forgotten there name and to no avail. I cannot even begin to describe the agony that I went through at the other dealerships. Rather than showing care for me as a customer, all they kept thinking about were their dollars and how I didn't have enough money to buy the cars on their lot. Yet they were the ones that kept showing me cars out of my budget, and cars that would not meet my expectations. However, from the moment that I walked in to Toyota of Tampa Bay there was Thomas with a smile and ready to hear me out. As soon as I told him what I needed, my budget, mileage and concerns, he took me to the lot, showed me the cars that we could negotiate on, further explained to me my options and gave me his recommendations. We fell in love with a little Scion recommended by Thomas and he brought in the manager Mike Aly who was also just as caring and attentive to our needs.
