He did not try to up sell me after I said clearly that I couldn't really afford that. I hate when people try to upsell me when I am clearly uncomfortable with even the cheapest options. I needed my car for driving Uber that night so I couldn't delay. I have always trust Toyota of Tampa Bay (I even bought my car from them) and they did not disappoint me. A simple process of paying off my trade wasn’t done in a timely manner. Achieva Credit Union stated that this dealership was paying my trade off by September 26th. Hmmmm🤔 how should I rate this? Today an auto pay process that I didn’t think I needed to cancel made a payment on a car that I do not own !! So upon the interest rate I’m paying 3.50 a day on a vehicle I do not own !! Thank you Tampa Toyota. More
