Have the lifetime warranty they advertise everywhere. Just had the turbo fail around 116k miles brought it in under what I thought was warranty work, just for them to try and quote me a price to fix it. Just had the turbo fail around 116k miles brought it in under what I thought was warranty work, just for them to try and quote me a price to fix it. After arguing/going back and fourth, from what I understand they quit paying on my aftermarket warranty. They ended up having a Toyota technician replace my turbo ( supposedly new ) got my car back went on a 2000 mile round trip to discover what I thought was one of the turbo lines leaking fresh oil. I reached out to them about this issue and got ignored a few times before they finally brought my car in again. The new diagnosis was the rear main seal went out and I needed a new engine which was quoted to me for around 5500 before I had to re-argue the point the car was under lifetime power train warranty, after a week of hearing nothing I reached back out to be told they were putting a ( used )engine with new gaskets and turbo seals. Yes turbo seals.. why? If they were apparently just redone. I also asked if the rear main seal went out and the amount of oil I was witnessing, wouldn't it have gotten on my clutch, they confirmed the mechanic cleaned it off really well... 😑 further more I have a boost leak/not steady idle now and just found a big paint chip where they removed my hood for engine replacement. ( definitely wasn't there before ) they also didn't use mechanic paper mats and I have leather/aftermarket stitched floor mats that they got all dingy and tore the leather in one area. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case. I had to make an exception. More
Yamil is polite, cariing, informative, and not pushy at all. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The car was slightly used so there was no manual or floor mats. I went back by and was all. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The car was slightly used so there was no manual or floor mats. I went back by and was given both. I've dealt with this dealership before and they are exceptional as well. More
