I have tried to get the issues with my new purchase looked at and resolved and have gotten no where in 3-4 weeks now! The service advisor did a great job keeping me informed of the repairs and got me out on time. This survey has been difficult to submit. They crashed my car, NEVER called back, and said they fixed a tire leak, but actually didn’t. I was quoted a time, and the car was not even in the shop by the end of that time.
