From the first phone call to set appointment, greeted and welcomed on lot by Alice Ricks, keys ready and no hassle to test drive van, detailed explanation of "bells and whistles" before we left for drive and show and tell while we were test driving, Alice preparing our offer and being OUR advocate to the Sales Manager, Jeff Smith, to the negotiations that were respectful and very efficent. After reaching an agreeement that was very satisfactory, the paperwork went smooth, efficient, and faster than we have ever experienced. As we were signing Purchase agreement with Brooke Catalan, Finance Mgr, Alice was preparing our new van for us by having it washed, floor mats placed, and programmed for the Entune 3.0 app. Purchase paperwork was so efficient and Brooke was very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions. RAV 4 1st service I was welcomed by a very friendly sweet cute girl I think her name may have been Brittany her name tag had Talladega on it. Also the service manager Muchaek was exceptionally friendly pleasant to talk to . I did not by my RAV 4 from Vaden because they could not beat Hoover Toyota’s price . I would have much rather shopped in my hometown but I think it is too hard for smaller dealers to compete with the volume of cats Hoover Toyota Sells.
