Was very disappointing, but they resolved my concerns One of the major issues I wanted repaired was not repaired nor in 3 days was I contacted to make me aware of the problem. The technician forgot to put One of the major issues I wanted repaired was not repaired nor in 3 days was I contacted to make me aware of the problem. The technician forgot to put my wheel lock key back in my car therefore my local mechanic could not fix the problem . He said in a few hours could do what the dealer could not if he had the key to the lug nuts!!!!!! When I picked up my car 2 warning indicators were on that previously were not. My local guy fixed for 35.00. Service department seemed disorganized and unprofessional!!! Wish it wasn’t. Been coming to that location over 15 years.
