Looking out for me I purchased my tacoma used and this was to be my 25000 checkup. They checked records and found I had service remaining on the truck and wasn't due for I purchased my tacoma used and this was to be my 25000 checkup. They checked records and found I had service remaining on the truck and wasn't due for an oil change. They could have ignored the previous records and charged me. As it was, no charge. They also found a recall notice and fixed that as well. More

Tacoma Working with Vaden was a great experience due to their hard work in finding exactly what I wanted. Did not do as suppose to Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them I was out of wiper fluid. They didn't put any wiper fluid in when done even though it said Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them I was out of wiper fluid. Used vehicle purchase and trade in. Took my Mustang here to trade in for a used Civic Si Sedan that they had on the lot. I drove 2hrs to look and these guys went above and beyond to get me in the car. First time in my life that I've gotten MORE than KBB trade-in value. I've always received much less when taking a car to a dealer. They worked several angles to get the payment exactly what we were aiming for. Super nice and down to earth. I will definitely consider that drive again for future purchases solely on the quality of service we received! Software upgrade of my 2010 Toyota Prius The service experience was great. I arrived on time and was taken into the shop on a very timely basis. The downside is after the software upgrad The service experience was great. I arrived on time and was taken into the shop on a very timely basis. The downside is after the software upgrade the mileage on my Prius on the road has dropped from 48 to 49 mpg down to 45 mpg. More
