I explained my experience with the other dealership and told her of the car they had located for me. She took my information and called me back within 10 minutes and had located the car. After negotiating a fair price, within the hour an agreement had been made with the out of state dealership and the next day, my dream car was at Vaden . Alice and the staff at Vaden were wonderful. Ignored my request to correctly reset my tire light I brought printed instructions on how to reset my tire light after tire rotation. Completely ignored my instructions. I also have a clicking sound coming from the area where they installed new cabin air filter that was not there prior to taking car in for service. Very angry and dissatisfied with service. More
