Amazingly Awesome Experience!!!!! Chad in the Service department was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Three strikes - in one trip. Two weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for my girlfriends son's Prius. Yesterday I was called to verify the appointment with Ken at 9:00 AM t Two weeks ago I scheduled a service appointment for my girlfriends son's Prius. Yesterday I was called to verify the appointment with Ken at 9:00 AM today - so far so good. When I showed up this morning after wandering around to find someone to help me I was told Ken doesn't work Saturdays (strike one) and that someone would be with me in 15 minutes, 30 minutes later and still no service advisor - it would be another 15 minutes (strike two) - and after another 15 minutes still no advisor and I was told their shuttle driver had failed to show up for work and that the sales staff are not allowed to shuttle customers (strike three) Seems selling cars is more important than customer service - sad to see this is what is acceptable at a Toyota dealership - especially one as new as the Surprise dealership. Anyone can sell you a car - but only a dealer who wants to take care of their customers provides quality service. More

Not a pleasant experience I have been shopping for a new Tacoma for some time. I have a trade which is in great condition so I am in no rush to buy. I found a Tacoma that match I have been shopping for a new Tacoma for some time. I have a trade which is in great condition so I am in no rush to buy. I found a Tacoma that matched everything I was looking for at Toyota of Surprise. I had been corresponding with the online internet sales manager online about this particular truck. We had an appointment scheduled at a specific date and time. When I arrived the truck was no where to be found. He kept me waiting for a very long time and then made up a bunch of excused as to why the truck was no longer there. He kept blaming other people and never once took accountability for his mistake. When it came down to it he was trying to sell me a truck I didn't want. I asked for him to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted and all he wanted to do was argue with me and make me feel stupid for requesting him to search and attempt to get me my exact vehicle. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I thought it was funny that a guy who was boasting about how hassle free "non-commissioned" their dealership was he ended up being one of the most pushy confrontational, incompetent sales people I have ever had when trying to buy a car. Nice dealership but small selection and if you get stuck working with the internet sales manager I would highly recommend requesting another associate. More
