This was my first experience dealing with Haltermans' service department and I am so impressed. They greet you outside of the service bay so you don't even have to get out of your to check in. I was due to leave for a weekend trip in an hour and a half, (I was driving) and suddenly discovered there was a problem with my tire. I took it in and they had me done in less than a half hour so I had time to spare. I purchased my Prius V from Haltermans in February and it has been one good experience after another since I first walked in their doors, not to mention that the Prius is an incredible car!! More

Once again I have 'the newest Model Corolla' & feel the usual confidence & comfort only experienced when the design meets requirements including clear visibility, all 4 sides. Jahnell took time to digress & expound on some new features I would have overlooked. During the test drive Jahnell's relaxed attitude & supportive comments re: driving on what was a rainy day, made it even a more pleasant & confident experience. This is one of life's major decisions & it is obvious why I don't hesitate to return to Haltermans anticipating their usual curteous & caring professionalism. So too each & every other person involved in my purchase was thorough & knowledgable re: very important details. I feel secure knowing I can communicate with Jahnell & others too should there be questions in the future, as might be expected. More
