i went in to test drive a car the salesman kevin was a very nice guy and helpful,but once we said we liked a car the pressure of the hard sell came from ron richmond,push push push ,to get you to buy from very nice guy and helpful,but once we said we liked a car the pressure of the hard sell came from ron richmond,push push push ,to get you to buy from inventory did not like any of the colors,told them we would go to another dealer to find the coulor but would return to do buisiness,that is when ron panicked to make a long story short would not let us leave until we left a deposit.whent to the other dealer looked at colors found one we liked, called ron 12.30 sat,told him colour said he would call right back,never heared from him again.1.00 could not come to phone, called 1.30 sat still cannot come to phone called 3.30 left message there would be no deal still did not return my call.6pmkevin leaves message on my home ans machine.ron spoke to him and he will lookn for car.these people are crazy,called 9am monday ron could not come to phone,what a shock left message again did not want car want deposit refunded,ron did not return my call until 12.30.i was not home called back at 1.00 ron cannot come to phone,what a shocker.called back again ron still wont come to phone he is with a customer,i was a customer until he decided the new customers were more important because he had my deposit. good luck to any who buy there More

I recently purchased a 2011 sienna and the sales rep ( Ron Richmond) took his time explaining all t friendlier and informative as Halterman's Toyota.
