I bought a Prius from Haltermans last fall. It was time for inspection on my BMW so thanks to you inspection policy I brought it to your service dept. Yesterday I went to trade the BMW at another dealership as I was looking for Yukon and was informed that there was a mileage decrepancy and told there was nothing they could do but I should have that CarFax fixed. My husband and I came over to your dealership and Melissa was gracious and so apologetic - she had it fixed immediately. During this time she and I were talking about the lousy treatment I had just received from the other dealership and Doug said "Hey we can help you out". To make a long story short he and your staff found a way to get me exactly what I was looking for. I truly figured it would be impossible as I was so far upside down. Everyone we encountered treated us with respect and a "let's try" attitude. Customer service #1! They took the time and tried - guess what, I have another Toyota from your dealership and it won't be the last. I will gladly sing your praises to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Our experiences with the service department in the past have always been great and now the sales staff again as well. He took time to come out and meet with me to make sure I was happy with my car choice and service. I got a warm sense of being in good hands at entry point when the General Manager Allen greeted me and got someone to assist me.
