I was coming in for a routine service appointment on my 2008 RAV4 with only 17,000 miles and have been more than satisfied with the vehicle. i had pulled into the service area across the street where i ha 2008 RAV4 with only 17,000 miles and have been more than satisfied with the vehicle. i had pulled into the service area across the street where i had been accustomed to going before realizing that the service area for express service was now by the big showroom building. So, as I was pulling into the driveway and was looking where to go, a saleswoman was running to help a customer and took the time to see that I wasn't really sure where I was going and asked me if she could help. I told her my situation and she showed me where to proceed. But being the very good sales person she was she told me to make sure I talk with her because she had a great opportunity for me seeing the value of my car. So I said I would. Jahnell Aaron is her name and she sold me and made a great deal for me. Jahnell worked very hard to meet all that I needed and literally ran every where to get things done. and still found time to assure others that she would take care of them also. I consider myself a very good salesman also of 41 years selling building supplies to builders and general contractors and I really appreciated her sales savvy. I originally came in to get an oil change on my rav 4. While there I decided to look at a highlander on a whim before I got my car serviced. I went inside to get some more information on the highlander and ran in to Tony. Throughout the entire sales process Tony went above and beyond. He offered me food and drink at every opportunity. He explained all the features in the highlander. He was a good co pilot during my test drive. When everything was finalized he kindly took off my old license plate from my rav 4 and put it on my highlander. He also graciously put my car seat in the highlander as I had no idea how it hooked up! When the food cart came he offered to buy me lunch since I had been there so long. I generously declined. Doug also helped throughout the buying process. He did everything he could to get me in my highlander. Alex was also very helpful informing me of all the warranty options. Everyone was patient with me as I called my husband periodically for advice, This was my first time buying a car by myself. I didn't directly deal with Melissa in service but she greeted me with a smile(as she always does) when she noticed I was looking into buying a new car. More
