I called the center at 9:00 am with a possible problem with my starting battery for my Prius. I dropped my car off at 10:00am hoping that the problem would be diagnosed and solved by 12:30 pm when I neede with my starting battery for my Prius. Not only did they solve the problem (new starting battery needed), but it was installed and I was ready to go on time. Their customer dropoff and pickup service was on time as well, so I was able to get on the road to my parents house in western PA to celebrate their 94th and 95th birthdays! Thanks!! More

They made it their business to not rush us even though we were with them until approximately 10:30 PM. He even made it a point to stop back at the dealership after a function he attended to see how everything was going. Great customer service all around. I had purchased my previous Prius from Halterman's. On several occasions while having it serviced, I spoke to Jahnell Aaron about trading it in. Because Jahnell had always been so patient and helpful with me, I decided to give her another chance to match or better the deal. Always cheerful, Jahnell was up for the challenge and did what she had to do to make the deal. The car I bought had more goodies in it (a little more money) but it's important to me to do business with positive people. After the purchase process, Jahnell made sure I understood how to use the new electronic toys in the car. Even though my trade-in was a Prius, she went over all the features of the new car, which I appreciated in case something had changed. I would definitely send friends to look at cars with Jahnell.
