I normally don't write reviews but I just felt that it was the right thing to do, for future buyers. First off, this dealership is the best one that I've ever been to. I took my mother along with me and we were allowed to look at the vehicles without being hassled. We went over to Eric Goodwine's desk and asked if he could help me, with my purchase. Eric was very personable and professional from the start. He listened to my concerns and even offered suggestions, that I didn't even think of. He took us out for a test drive and explained every detail of the car to me, then he said it was my turn to drive..lol. We came back, signed all of the papers and I had to wait while the car was being cleaned up. While waiting, they had beverages, etc.. And various employees came over and thanked me for choosing Toyota and assured me that I made the right choose, which I agree that I did. Upon leaving, Eric sat in the car with me for another 20 minutes and made sure that I understood all of the features, and asked if I had anymore questions. This dealership is now offering a 10 year, 100,000mile warranty, with 2 years of oil changes free. The cars are priced greatly. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and I will definitely return to them. Eric is the greatest, and I want to tell him, thanks so much if he's reading this review.
