I've been leasing Mitsubishis since 1993....This Lancer is the 3rd Mitsubishi I've leased from Halterman's and the experience is always positive. I always make an initial contact with Matt Raymond who is very welcoming to me, informative & helpful. My sales agent was Eric McNicholas who couldn't have been more helpful and patient as I drove several cars and needed an informed sales person to help me with my decision. Everyone tries to make the experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. I definitely would recommend Eric as a sales rep.... I also spoke with Gwen White who set up my appointment with Eric and who was very helpful and Ray Velez who reviewed all the financials with me and thoroughly explained everything. I had a very good experience. It was very important to Larry that my family and I were comfortable while going through the procedure. Every questioned I asked was answered without hesitation. If there was something that was not clear he made sure he inquired with another employee, which shows that there is a lot of team work.
