They can do oil-change and state inspection, but never ever allow them to make something serious to you car like wheel alignment, breaks or suspension arm replacement. You will be very disappointed within couple weeks after that but nobody at this dealership is going to admit they did something inappropriate to your car so you will have to fix it somewhere else at your own cost again. She listened to what I was looking for and relayed that information to Ryan, my sales guy and THE PERFECT CAMRY SE was waiting for me when I got there, with MY VERY OWN SIGN that said RESERVED FOR Mary DiClementi such a GREAT TOUCH. BTW they even let me keep the sign. I'M SO EXCITED. Chelsea called to confirm my appointment and was bright and cheery (and waiting for me in my mind) when I got there. Ryan picked the PERFECT car and knew all about the features and the workings of the car. Touch; Peace of Mind I was impressed by decency and helpfulness of Eric McNicholas, a sale department member. Yesterday late afternoon, I finished buying a brand-new Mitsu I was impressed by decency and helpfulness of Eric McNicholas, a sale department member. Yesterday late afternoon, I finished buying a brand-new Mitsubishi outlander sport. I had a 100 miles trip away from my home town to buy the car while I had no car GPS with me nor familiarity with the districts to drive back home. Eric made a wonderful job to drive me all the way back to my home town. He was patient enough to answer all my questions carefully and clearly during the sale process, as well. Albert Lanigan, a gentleman, and a noble finance department member, helped me to finance my car very quick. He explained legal terms clearly. Other than his field of finance, he had a great passion for medicine and wonderful knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy. Inside the dealership building during my visit was so clean and tidy. I would like to say thanks to all janitors of that shift and ask Halterman’s managers for proper appreciation of those employees who are indirectly and positively involved in the dealership's performance outcome but are generally overlooked by managers and customers for review purpose.
