Zero Customer Service Very rude managers. Sales manager argued with me for 15 mins on the floor. Several insults as well. He told me that my cash meant nothing to him and Very rude managers. Joey Frederick understood from the START where my price was at and he kept us there telling us he will check and get us a deal...comes back 4 grand over my price and brings his Boss over to meet us. Once his boss was there Joey denied everything he told us before. Very rude dealer whom treat customer like they are trash. Toyota should investigate these associates. More

He made the process a pleasurable one, which we admit we were dreading before we even left the house. We would recommend him to any of our friends and family. Tammy was extremely knowledgeable. She made comparisons to help us better understand some of the options we had on warranties and services. They both were there after the dealer closed and everyone else left to help us complete the process. This time I was looking for something different, but there is no make what fits my comfort level. About RAV4 Hybrid 2018. The ride, the build quality, the radio and sound system all are amazing. The ride is so quiet. Comfortably seats my family of 4. The experience from order to delivery is absolutely first class. The Halterman's Toyota stuff were outstanding, everyone were smile, stop by, talk and take care about. The biggest thanks to Julius Rivera, you just have to know _ he is highly professional, knowledgeable about any car he sells, a lot attention to my needs, he send me video of my future car performance on ice and snow ( I'm scarred to drive on snowy roads).
