Clueless Sales man!! Was dealing with a sales man by the name Eric. He wanted me and my husband to agree to a car payment amount without even telling us what the interest Was dealing with a sales man by the name Eric. He wanted me and my husband to agree to a car payment amount without even telling us what the interest rate would be! The salesman had no personality, very dry and didn’t seem like the even liked his job. Doesn’t have confidence, also contradicted everything he would say. In experienceed. Good price, bad trade-in, shady deal We got a good price on a Toyota Highlander Limited Edition. However, we were very disappointed in what they gave us for our trade in. Was really upset ya was that we specifically asked for remote start and the dealer said it was no problem to add on. We mentioned it several times and just kept saying it’s no problem. He didn’t even mention anything about the cost of adding. Then, after the papers were signed we noticed they out the remote start. Then, they tried to add it on for an extra $15/month. Very shady. More
