Buying a new car is tough because you are trying to get a decent deal and sometimes you feel like you are not sure if you are getting a deal because some sales people try and confuse you or fast talk in my opinion. My experience was mixed. Bow tie Mike was awesome and patient in orienting me to my car.. James was friendly and easy to talk to. Ganesh was a fast talker and Dave ‘s sales tactics didn’t impress. I really disliked Tammy’s pressure to buy warranty’s. I’m really not sure If I would buy my next Toyota at Halterman’s . I appreciate that the owner is a Christian man and he does good things for the community so that and the proximity to my home is pretty much the main reason that I would come back. More

Team Work I was in for the 25,000 service maintenance on my Toyota RAV4, handled respectfully and helpfully by Melissa in Service. I also scheduled an appointm I was in for the 25,000 service maintenance on my Toyota RAV4, handled respectfully and helpfully by Melissa in Service. I also scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires in 2 weeks with Melissa. While waiting in the lobby, I got to talking with Betsy in service office staff who was making coffee. I mentioned that I would like to extend my warranty to 45,000K, would that be possible? Brenda went to Melissa and they collaborated in helping me to extend my maintenance warranty through their teamwork. It was a win-win situation for all. All of the office staff and service people are friendly, helpful and sympathetic to the customer need and are willing to go the extra mile. More
