I originally was pleased with my experience with this dealership but now find they are perhaps the worst around. I purchased my used car in January 2020 and have been unable to get my registration ever dealership but now find they are perhaps the worst around. I purchased my used car in January 2020 and have been unable to get my registration ever since. I have left 8 messages and made over 20 telephone calls and I keep getting worthless answers from people with attitudes who don't care. I have asked to speak to a manager and I am told leave my name and number and they will call back. Why would I leave my number again when 8 times I have not received any call back? Any business that has managers that are ALWAYS too busy to speak to a customer needs to reevaluate their priorities. Now they have switched their excuses to blame it on the COVID-19 situation. What happened to January and February? These people do not care about customers and only want your money, once they have it you are worthless to them. The used car that I purchased has been maintained and serviced at Halterman's since new and I wanted to continue having it serviced there. Now I would not have it done there if they offered it for free. I advise everyone to stay away from this atrocious excuse for a business. More
