Just Awful I called about a Toyota Tacoma listed on Halterman's web page and Haydyn informed me that I'd have to come to the dealership since they don't negotiat I called about a Toyota Tacoma listed on Halterman's web page and Haydyn informed me that I'd have to come to the dealership since they don't negotiate price on the internet or phone. Made an appointment for about two hours later then drove 35 miles from my home to the dealership. I arrived on time at 1:45 PM but she wasn't there. After about 45 minutes of small talk and "preliminary work" with another sales rep (Nick), I had my current vehicle looked at and was told it was time for a test drive, He disappeared for quite a while and upon returning informed me that " It seemed the truck had been sold earlier that morning." So I drove seventy miles and sat in a dealership for an hour for a truck that had been sold before I even called late that morning ! They only had three Tacomas on the lot, so it wasn't as if the place was bustling or the job was all that confusing. A total waste of time. More
