After dealing with a very friendly salesman, Bryant, Ron came out to talk to us because we were about to leave due to feeling the pricing was not good enough, for our trade in and the vehicle we were intere came out to talk to us because we were about to leave due to feeling the pricing was not good enough, for our trade in and the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. After the almost 2 hours that we had to wait to get trade in value, and for them to discuss without me what my options were. I assumed customer service would have been a priority, but I was very wrong. Instead of talking to us at all, Ron ignored me (the vehicle purchaser) and obnoxiously repeated several times to my fiance "How do you know what its worth, where are you getting your value?" Silly me, I figured that when purchasing a car, especially a pre-owned that prices were meant to be discussed and negotiated. What kind of fool would willing pay sticker price without at least trying to get it lowered? Ron refused to even acknowledge that we had any say in this, almost as if we were doing him the favor of looking at the car. I have never felt so disrespected before. Especially by someone who's job is to try and convince me to buy a car, not to try and make us feel like he is god. Will never even consider returning to this establishment. Ron was rude and "in our faces," apparently not caring if he made sale or what we thought. More
I had a very positive buying experience. Kevin had a good understanding of what I was looking for and he exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend Kevin and as a matter of fact I have alre good understanding of what I was looking for and he exceeded all my expectations. Matt was very friendly and courteous...and knowledgeable about the RAV4. But, above all, I was impressed when he called me two days later and said that I had left a CD in the CD player of the car I traded about the RAV4. I wasn't planning on buying a car on this specific date, but Kevin's knowledge of Toyota helped convinced me. He did not pressure me, but instead, worked up a great deal that I would not have received at H but Kevin's knowledge of Toyota helped convinced me. He did not pressure me, but instead, worked up a great deal that I would not have received at Honda and other dealers. I'm very happy with the 2010 Toyota Rav4. All the options I would have paid extra for with Honda and others, were already included with the Toyota. For example, tinted glass and floor mats would have been an extra charge in the Honda CRV, as that was my previous vehicle. One last comment is that the Toyota Rav4 drives smooth like a car. I'm very happy with my purchase and will deffinately see Kevin on my next visit to Toyota. Thanks Kevin! Delia Gil More

I should be given a lot of credits to John Salvo for his professionalism and patience to deal with people and his wish to find the best solution for customers. Everything went extremely well, and I received friendly and honest treatment. I wish there had been better financing rates 0-1.9% as opposed to 2.9%, like they had at some dealerships, and although Kevin and honest treatment. Customer service rating is based on the sales person's response to my needs. He was knowledgable about what was entalied when I asked about trading vehicles; he was friendly and listened closely when I s response to my needs. The overall experience was good and the price (actually a trade) was perhaps better than I could have gotten elsewhere since the truck I traded was purchased at Halterman's and had regular 5000 mile services done there. However, like anyone, I hoped for a more even trade (even knowing dealerships are not charities). Regarding the Chrysler Sebring I got for my Tacoma, I have some concerns: Both rear tires were soft (20 PSI on driver's side, and 14 PSI on passenger side--so far they're holding pressure since I brought them up to 38 PSI); The driver's door rubs against the front quarter panel when it opens, making me wonder if there was colision or other damage; For a 4-door sedan, it doesn't ride as smoothly as I would expect (perhaps needs shocks; I make this statement based on having owned a Taurus); There was only 1 key for the car, and it is a special type which will be very costly to have spares made.
