Price only rated at "good", simply because everyone wants things for less $$$ - but I was pleased, and Matt was informed and not overly pressuring - which was greatly appreciated. I shopped extensively on-line for best quality and price using Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book (for trade-in), etc. Test drove (in the snow) on "buying day" a Hyundai Tuscon (excellent warranty), a Subaru using Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book (for trade-in), etc. Test drove (in the snow) on "buying day" a Hyundai Tuscon (excellent warranty), a Subaru Forrester (almost bought one), and a Toyota Rav4. Before leaving the house in the AM, was set to buy the Forrester from Becker in Allentown. Was not impressed after driving the Tuscon or Subaru. After test driving the Rav4, felt it was the best quality for the money. Ravy and the sales manager were pleasant and professional, and presented a deal I could not resist. Only issue at the dealership was waiting FOR HOURS to close the deal with Alex, the Finance Manager. Alex was extremely pleasant and professional and busy. We had our 2 children with us, and the wait was terribly long. After shopping all day for a car, it too away from the buying experience. Ramy waited with us, and I felt bad -- it was a long afternoon for all of us. In the end, I car the car I wanted, was able to drive it home that night, and so far, it is a wonderful vehicle. Mike we already bought a Prius off your lot today. It was a used Prius. I sent an email because my wife had a terrible experience signing the papers. She was told the car would be washed and waxed and filled with gas and none of that was done. They wanted to do it all after the papers were signed but she had to drive home to get to work. Even though I know the sales staff loves to get rid of what's on their lot, Kevin and Troy never pressured me into purchasing a vehicle that I didn't want, but instead went outside their lot and found me exactly what I was looking for.
