The salesman was personable, knowledgeable, and interested in us and fostered a friendly atmosphere during the time we transacted business. He took time to answer our many questions in detail, sought additional information for us from other members of the dealership team, and generally made us comfortable. After purchase I had a few additional finance questions for Alex and he took my call the following day offering real patience and courtesy as he explained the particulars of the process once more so that I was totally satisfied and reassured beyond a doubt that "just give us a call" wasn't just a sales line. Buying experience was great as always. My family has purchased 13 cars and trucks since mid 1990's from Halterman. I still do not know if it is worth it.Toyota give 2 years 25000 miles with your purchase.Did I pay for only 2 years and another 20000 miles?Is it worth $1700 for that 2 years? More

First of all, when my wife and I first came to Halterman's Toyota, it was only for an oil change. My wife wanted to look at what vehicles were available. The moment we came into the sales area Nat Halterman's Toyota, it was only for an oil change. My wife wanted to look at what vehicles were available. The moment we came into the sales area Natacha approached us and wanted to know what we were interest in and we told her a RAV4, from that moment on she made sure we were taken care of. She told us our options, especially the one where we can return the Camry early and not have to wait until the lease date, which we did not know. This gave us the desire even more to get the RAV4. When the price was not right, she spoke with the Managers and got the price we could work with. She kept calling us to insure that all was well and that she can be contacted anytime with any questions or concerns. All be told we picked up our RAV4 without any problems.
