Ron was the best car salesman I have ever worked with in my life! He was so genuine and really understood my situation. He went above and beyond to help me out. Also, he was very patient and walked up and down the car lot with me when I couldn't make up my mind. Some car salesmen will tell you that they have to go inside and leave you twiddling your thumbs while you try to figure out the details of the car you would like. That was certainly not the case with Ron. He even went as far as helping me find a better car insurance. If he wouldn't have been able to help me with that I'm not sure if I would've been able to purchase my new Cobalt. Honestly, he made my first experience of buying a car OUTSTANDING! He felt more like a friend than a car salesman. If anyone came and told me they needed to buy a new car I would not even think twice about what name I would give them. I would say, "Go to Halterman's! They have a man by the name of Ronald Richmond. He is phenomenal and will help you in any way he can. He is the guy you can trust and will help you find the car you want!" More

Eric was very friendly and I enjoyed working with him to buy the Corolla and the Tundra. I had previously purchased a Jeep from Halterman's and was happy with it but I received a "buy back" promotion and went in just to look. My credit score was something less than desirable it came in very low. But the sales force at Haltermans went to bat for me got me the intrest rate and terms that I could afford.
