Others are for the price we paid i feel the options should be all working. 1:Radio works but dial does not illuminate, 2:keyless entry does not work, 3:AC does not work. Both vehicles we traded in have up to date maintence and no mechancal defects. Radios, AC etc all work with no issues. We do like the vehicle but would like to see these concerns addressed. We pulled in Halterman's lot at approximately 7:15 on a weeknight looking to try a few cars. I had just received a check from the insurance company from an accident with my previous Toyota Corolla. I was l weeknight looking to try a few cars. I had just received a check from the insurance company from an accident with my previous Toyota Corolla. I was looking to buy ASAP. We spent time in the lot looking at several models and even sitting in some of them. Not a single salesperson came out to talk to us. We were actually sitting in an unlocked Corolla and a man came out and said,"oh, you found one open". To which we told him, "yes, and there was another open in the top lot". He never said another word, came back with a key to lock the car, never saying another word to us. We stood there in shock. Never have I seen such ridiculous customer treatment. We realized it was late in the evening and they would soon be closing, but they didn't even offer a brochure, an invite back for another day, or a smile! I had money in my checkbook , but I took it directly to KRAUSE TOYOTA in FOGELSVILLE, where I was treated with kindness and respect. I will refer everyone I know to go there. I am a native of the Pocono area and prefer to buy locally, but it was worth the hour trip to get wonderful customer service. After telling people of my experience, I found many people that had bad experiences with your dealership. Time to step it up. Toyota deserves better representation than this. More
