Kevin was very friendly right from the beginning. He understood the price we wanted to pay, the amount we wanted for our trade-in and the monthly payment we wanted to hit. Kevin was able to pull through on all three requests. He was also very informative on all aspects of Toyota's policies, warranties and extras for the customer. Rodney greeted us in a friendly and very helpful manner. He listened to all our "wishes" and was very knowledgable about the Toyota model we were looking for. Mark Leighton was also friendly and considerate, and worked well with us on the final price. Both men had a sense of humor and we left Halterman's feeling we made a good deal. This is the second new car we purchased form this dealership and we will recommend Halterman's to friends. More

Overall it was a good experience at the dealership. the staff was friendly and knowledgable to answer all the questions that we had. the dealer did not have the model that we were looking for on an interne staff was friendly and knowledgable to answer all the questions that we had. the dealer did not have the model that we were looking for on an internet offer we received. they found a comparable car for us. for this reason, we spent a little more for our monthly payments than we wanted to, but the experience and the way it was handled was very good. Es vehicle. We didn't have to haggle over pricing. We arranged our own financing and the entire team made the process simple and easy and worked well with our credit union. Sarah did a great job with all the paperwork and explained every step to us in a way that was easy to understand. Matt did a very thorough walk through of the vehicle inside and out, and took the time to teach us how to sync our phones with the handsfree system.
