He and his sales team also provided a competitive price and accommodated our various concerns including getting us a fair price on a trade in. Although we selected the other car because of our own special preferences, that choice is not at all a reflection on Ron or Halterman. Ron is the consummate,responsive, informed, straightforward, and talented salesperson and I would highly recommend this dealer and this saleperson to anyone interested in a Toyota, Scion, or Mitsubishi vehicle. Finally, Ron graciously accepted our choice of vehicle without rancor. A salesperson/dealer can only compete on price and service, but the vehicle and its qualities are fixed by the manufacturer.
