I went into the dealer just looking for minivans with out many thoughts on making a purchase today. Jose was very nice, patient, and understanding to the fact that I didnt want to make any quick decisions. I many thoughts on making a purchase today. He helped me lug her carseat around from car to car. I finally found a Honda Odyssey that was fully loaded, It had all the specifications that i was looking for. I was not pressured at all by Jose or Mark. They were so calm mannered, and understood that i had to have my husband see the car and test drive it. We came back at night time with our kids and our baby again, everyone was so welcoming. Some of the sales people played with our baby and they made us feel so welcomed. We ended up purchasing the minivan. my husband could not believe how fast and excellent the experience was. Both Jose and Alex were so nice and catering to our needs. The finance manager was great, he was so down to earth. We are very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our car purchase. More
