We purchased a 2005 Ford expedition in august 2012. Paid $11,000 and got $7,200 in trade for a 2006 PT and a 1999 grand caravan. Had to finance $4,000 on the ford. It took three return trips to the dealersh $11,000 and got $7,200 in trade for a 2006 PT and a 1999 grand caravan. Had to finance $4,000 on the ford. It took three return trips to the dealership just to get the AC working properly. Since then we've had to replace the throttle body at a cost of $600 to us about a month ago. Last week it cost us an additional $1,100 to replace the coils, plugs and fuel injector. Now just today it cost us an additional $900 to replace the cataclytic converter and an OS sensor. The two vehicles together that we traded didn't cost us any where near that much in all the time we owned them and to our knowledge there wasn't anything wrong with either one at the time we traded them. We feel we didn't get a fair deal on our trades and the vehicle we now have is turning into a white elephant. I should mention that paint was peeling off some areas and that too was not repaired. I will never buy at Haltermans again and i will never recommend them to friends or family. More

As my 2010 Toyota Rav4 lease was due to end in march, I stopped to look at the new 2013 Toyota Rav4 which I had seen online that Haltermans had several in stock and in the color of blue. Upon arriving at H stopped to look at the new 2013 Toyota Rav4 which I had seen online that Haltermans had several in stock and in the color of blue. Upon arriving at Haltermans I didn't see the vehicles right away, but pulled up in front of Dealership, was met by Eric Goodwine and he directed and escorted me to the section of the lot where the 2013 Rav4' were. We had very good conversation, with Eric inquiring what my status was and what I was looking to do once he understood my lease was ready to expire. I explained my interest in the 2013 Toyota Rav4 since I liked the changes Toyota made on them even though I really liked my 2010. He noticed I was keyed on the Blue Rav4 I parked near and I asked if he could review the vehicle with me, which he did proficiently. He asked if I would like to have a test drive and I agreed. He got the key fob and went over the overall operation of vehicle before going on a very good test drive. He made me comfortable with his knowledge of the vehicle and making sure I had all questions, concerns answered. After the test drive Eric asked if he could review briefly the other model they had being a basic edition which he did very well. I asked him if we could go inside and get information of price, etc on the limited edition to allow me to know my options. He did a very good job of presenting the price, lease options, all information on the vehicle, while also getting my 2010 Rav4 evaluated, which was done in a timely and professional manner. While Eric was meeting with the financial personel, Andy Patton saw me, exchanged greetings, asked for a quick update on what my status was, since my late Father had worked for Andy. Andy reviewed what Eric was able to get set up for my lease and agreed Eric did a very good job for me. I was very comfortable and treated very well during this whole process. I am proud to say I now have my 2013 Toyota Rav4 and one happy customer! Thank you Eric, Andy and the Halterman Dealership for a wonderful experience. More

I came into Haltermans, looking for a specific car, I had the privilege of dealing with Jahnell, she was very helpful. I had a specific budget to stick to and all of the employees were great they got the car the privilege of dealing with Jahnell, she was very helpful. A year and a half ago we were in the market for a mini van because we had (at the time) 1 year old twin girls. sales experience ok, but when we picked up the van, our salesman was gone for the day and his manager told us come back sometime and jose will go over the van with you, see you. I thought someone should have taken a few minutes with us since you don't stock top of the line vans, so we had never seen it before and were driving a Honda. it would have been noice to have a review of systems and operations before we left. but was important was you got your money and we don't matter after the money part was done. i'm still looking foir a new vehicle for myself but don't feel comfortable with "we got your money now you're on your own. i'm sure that Sussex Toyota, towne Toyota, or Bennett would be willing to not only sell me a vehicle but spend a few minutes with me afterward. More
