This is the 5th "new" car I have bought. This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. Jose went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Just as I arrived to the dealership, they were selling the last black one they had on the lot. Jose made sure I looked at the car that was being sold to make sure it was still what I wanted. He genuinely cared about me and assured me he would have my car in just 2 business days. I was originally at the dealership on Saturday afternoon. Jose kept great contact with me. He called me on Monday to let me know the car would be there on Tuesday. He also called on Tuesday to firm up the time I would arrive as he wanted to make sure everything was ready for me. I arrived at 5:20pm and was on the road at 5:55. Everything was perfect! I had my 3 year old son with me and Jose helped me move his seat and my belongings from my old toyota to my new toyota corolla. Thank you for a great experience! My experience with Halterman's is one of the best treatment that I have every had at a dealership. When I got there I was shock and pleasantly surprised to see my name on a board in the showroom whic treatment that I have every had at a dealership. Matt Raymond whom I had spoken with the day before going to Halterman's after explaining the budget that I was working with and did not want to waste my time coming there assured me that he would be able to find me what I was asking for, and needless to say he did. The sales rep Rodney Wilson Sr was exceptionally wonderful, he made myself and my daughter feel very much at home, and such a pleasant attitude towards his job explaining the car functions and what amazed me even more was the tour that he took us on when test driving the car to the mechanic area and was introduced to (I think his name was Brad manager ) who was a pleasure to meet and made me feel like if I ever have a problem with the car or anything at all within his area feel free to call him he had a phone attach to his hip. That proved to me that I was being treated as a kinship not another person just walking in the door to buy a car. The Finance guy worked very hard with what budget I had to work with and got me approved with not a dime more that what I told them I had. I would recommend anyone that I know looking for a car to go to Halterman's from the minute I walked in that door to the hours I left.
