I drove my 2004 Toyota Sienna in for it's 5,000 mile oil and service. I was handled immediately and was out in less than 30 minutes. Rodney Wilson is a very courteous professional salesman. He should be promoted to a Business Manager! However, the second day I bought my second car from Mr. Wilson I was intentionally left last in line to He should be promoted to a Business Manager! However, the second day I bought my second car from Mr. Wilson I was intentionally left last in line to sign my documents for the finance department. It took me close to 6 hours the second day to get thorugh with signing my contract. This is not proper as I was at your dealership before 10:00 a.m. on the second day and did not get out until after 3:00 p.m. The most it has ever taken me to get through a dealership for purchasing a car was under 3 hours! I had to cancel my other obligations as it took so long to get out of your dealership on 5/1/13. I feel I was left last in line for the finance department because my credit was good and my second purchase was looked at as guaranteed! There were others who came in after me that day who went through the finance department before me. I am not at all happy with this experience. I should have been in and out in under three hours as no extra work was needed for the second purchase! More
