I have been going to Haltermans toyota for about 4 years now and have always been attended to by Melissa. She has always ensured that my car is safe to drive and she has always updated me with the services now and have always been attended to by Melissa. I bought my second owned vehicle ever (another Totoya) 11 years ago from Halterman's- Highlander which I am still driving. I also bought my husband a Camry in 2009 which I traded for him with 193,000 miles f years ago from Halterman's- Highlander which I am still driving. I also bought my husband a Camry in 2009 which I traded for him with 193,000 miles for another brand new left-over 2012 Camry from Janelle in April of 2012. But why do I come back? CUSTOMER SERVICE! Your dealership is only as good as your Service Deaprtment! First it was the manager, Rachel R. (MISS HER!) who was there for years with good-olde Roger and Melissa Betsock and Pete. Now I only will deal with Melissa and her assitant Amanda. I pull up and Melissa calls me by name. She always polite and has a smile. She is extremely effecient, knowledgable and can run an entire service department while talking to three different people and while on the phone with a customer- all at the same time!! Also, as a woman she makes me feel extremely comfortable in a man's world of automobiles. I never feel as if I'm "going to get screwed" there. The level of confidence that I have with her- never seen by me- is outstanding. On April 22nd,2012 she assisted me in a very large job tha needed to be performed on my Highlander (remember it is from 2003 when bough it it from Joe) and she assisted me personally getting it over to the Main Service area and having Kia work on it. I will not let Mike Miller work on it. They had it for three days but called me daily on its progress. She was just fantastic- always keeping me abreast of its progress- going beyond her duty. Then this past Saturday it appeared that the rear seal that was supposedly fixed last time might be leaking and she told me to come in this Tuesday when I'm available and they will have it doubled checked. Not a problem and calmed me right down. Melissa always knows what to say and how to say it. She's a real gem and Halterman's should be honored to have such a wonderful employee. Tank you. Vanessa V.
