I entered the showroom on a relative whim, last Saturday afternoon. I had zero intention of making a purchase that day, and simply wanted to get a feel for what was on the lot. Upon entering the showroom, I was immediately referred to Elise Brown, who was tremendously helpful and patient related to my preferences. We test drove two vehicles, then she helped me search the entire lot for exactly what I was looking for. To my surprise, we found it. Actually, Elise found it - and simply pointed it out to me. A charcoal colored RAV4, with the exact pricing and mileage specifications I was looking for. In a very short time, and with the help of Brandon and Eliana, we flew through the paperwork and I drove my new car off the lot less than three hours later. At 51 years old, I've purchased more than a few cars in my life. And from more than a few dealers. I can honestly say that this was the best automobile purchasing experience of my life. That pretty much sealed the deal for us. At closing Anthony Capolupo was personable and very helpful with the financing and the additional warranty protection that we purchased. All in all, an excellent buying experience. Let's hope the service department can match the sales experience. More
